Okay so it's day one of my rice cake/ veggie 400 cal diet and so far today I have had: Breakfast 12:30 pm: 1 rice cake with a drop of mustard (i've been craving mustard lately!!) 55cal Lunch 3:30 pm: 2 rice cakes 80 cal One medium tomatoe 20 cal 8 baby carrots about 40 cal A bit of mustard 5cal so far today only about 200 cals!! So I can have up to 200 cals for dinner but i might try to skip dinner entirely just so I can feel even better.... Current Mood: refreshed
